Tom: Jan and I firmly believe that Shrine Mont is indeed "A Place Apart" and that lives have been and will continue to be changed on the mountain overlooking Orkney Springs. When it was time to update our wills in 2022, we thought leaving some of our funds to both our church and to Shrine Mont once we have both passed was the right thing to do and we proudly became a part of the Transfiguration Society.

Jan: Shrine Mont is "My Happy Place." I led our church parish weekend at Shrine Mont every Columbus Day weekend for many, many years. I was especially proud watching the young families grow and nurture and become a part of our larger church family during these weekends. I said "Yes" when asked to serve on the Shrine Mont Board of Directors. Shrine Mont Staff hospitality is second to none and both Tom and I are happy to include Shrine Mont in our charitable bequest.

Tom: We have been blessed in our lives and are happy to be able to help others, especially the young people that will be able to participate in the summer camps on the mountain through our gifts.
